Our bedrooms are en-suite and are spacious, light and airy, with views over the village and the hills beyond. We only use locally sourced ingredients from reputable suppliers and all our food is cooked to order and therefore is served piping hot. We have delivered on a daily basis Haddock, Cod, Plaice and Salmon. We also serve the Trawlerman Special and the Trawlerman Whale, large and giant fillets of either Haddock or Cod, not for the faint hearted. The big idea here was to create a truly contemporary Yorkshire Dales country house hotel. Stylish and sophisticated but not at all stuffy, offering the warmest of welcomes, a shelter from the inclement weather and just reward for your exertions out on the fells and moors.

With wellies by the door, fires in the grate and even a dog curled up on the flagstone floor. We are perfectly positioned for guests to explore the wonderful, bustling, historic Yorkshire Dales market town of Settle at the gateway to Upper Ribblesdale and in sight of the wild and lovely Forest of Bowland. Taken over and refurbished during the Inn has been tastefully restored to its traditional form with original beams, open log fire and stone flagged floors.

Our nine luxury ensuite rooms blend modern facilities with traditional Yorkshire charm.
